Outbound Calling From the Call Log
We are excited to announce the release of our new “call back” feature from within the call log. This feature allows you to call your leads back right from the CallTrackingMetrics call log. (If you are not a current customer, view this demo of our call log.)
When you press the “call” button, a call will be generated through your browser. The person you are calling will see the tracking number they called in as the caller ID of where you are calling from so they will know who it is.
The CTM system will track for you how many times you’ve called each lead back and will tell you who handled the call back.
This is a great way to make sure you return every call quickly and helps you keep track of your follow up list from right inside of our system.
