Announcing CTM University – Classes Start This Fall

Since we launched CallTrackingMetrics in 2012, we have continually added new features, capabilities, and ways to leverage the software in response to feedback from customers. We announce general updates in monthly newsletters, on our blog, through topical webinars and our online support center. However, customers often request additional intensive training options to help their teams become CTM experts and learn leading edge ways that businesses are using the software to optimize their marketing and call center teams.

In response to these requests and after months in the making, we are thrilled to announce the launch of CTM University (CTMU)!

Our experts have been working hard to create a library of courses to help you explore and apply the latest CallTrackingMetrics features and industry best practices. We are rolling out the first three sessions this fall on the following topics:

  1. The Basics: A 4-hour session covering all aspects of CallTrackingMetrics. The session will start with the basics of setting up your numbers, routing and tracking sources, and move into understanding reporting and custom configurations. This is a perfect session for new customers and team members, or even those who want a refresher on new features and enhancements.
  2. Advanced Routing: A 4-hour course designed to give users the ability to understand and setup simple to complex call routing within CallTrackingMetrics. Topics included in this course are user setups, schedules, voice mailboxes and call routing. The call routing portion will be a deep-dive into IVR Menus, Call Queues, Geo Routing and Smart Routing.
  3. Advanced Reporting: A 4-hour session dedicated to CallTrackingMetrics integrations with Google Analytics and Google AdWords, demonstrating how to sync meaningful data between all three platforms. This course will have a strong focus on understanding how these Google tools handle call tracking, while incorporating relevant examples and encouraging best practice strategies.
