Highlights from the CTM Launchpad Summit
Our team had an amazing time connecting with you virtually last week at our first CTM Launchpad Summit! It was great to see so many familiar faces, and some new ones that will hopefully become familiar to us too. We put this event together because great things happen when we’re able to gather with our customers. Your feedback fuels our product, and being able to share a couple of days together—even virtually—was invaluable. We’re always learning from you, and with the launch of our new Community forum, we’re looking forward to what our customers can start learning from each other. Watching the various sessions during the Launchpad Summit made it clear there’s no one way to use our platform.
The Community feature is a great way to connect with other CallTrackingMetrics clients to share your experiences and tips and tricks for using our platform. You can also submit your own feature requests for our team to review in the Community. Advocate for your request by promoting it with other users and upvoting for your favorite features. Themes for 2021 Product Development
Our happy hour with Todd Fisher, co-founder and CEO of CallTrackingMetrics, and Rick Ruth, our Director of Product Management, was a hit (check out the recording here). During this session, we talked about some high level themes for where we’re looking to grow in the next year in terms of our product, including:
- Refreshed mobile app experience
- Expanded chat and messaging capabilities
- Adding to our robust integration portfolio with more key sales and marketing products
- Enhancing artificial intelligence (AI) products to drive lead generation for customers
- Integrating additional communication channels with CTM, such as enhanced video conferencing
