Keyword Spotting

Live Listen
Listen to your team’s calls as they’re happening. A great tool for coaching and spot checking performance.

Spam Detective
Add an additional layer of security to your tracking numbers by enabling Spam Detective. We’ll look at the path of a caller and conditionally route the call to a voice menu for verification to be connected to your agents.
