CallTrackingMetrics New Export Feature

After many requests from our Agency and Franchise clients CallTrackingMetrics is happy to announce a new export feature. Clients on the Agency and Enterprise plans can now export calls from the call log across all of their sub-accounts.

Here’s how:

Go to your Call Log then click the export icon in the top right or you can go to Calls >> Export Calls

On the Export Call Data page check the box that says “Export all calls for all sub-accounts”

Then scroll down to the “Fields to Export” area and choose to include the Account Name and/or Account ID as columns to export

This will export a spreadsheet of calls across the agency and then you can sort your spreadsheet by sub-account.
