One of the best parts of the CallTrackingMetrics culture is that we love to give kudos. Throughout each workday our team members ping us all with shout-outs in the company chat for professional accomplishments and upholding our core values. This year, we held the CTMmy Awards and nominated our colleagues who we thought best demonstrate each of our four values: We Are Community Driven, We Are Champions of Innovation, We Are Customer Centric, and We Work With Purpose.
Read more about the values on our culture page, and read on to see the winners!
Community Driven: James Wicks
On top of being a product expert as a Professional Services Consultant, James Wicks earned the Community Driven award for his work in community service. He co-leads the CTM Community Outreach committee and runs his own non-profit by night. As one colleague said when talking about James, “his eyes light up when he talks about community service.”
“James is always pleasant, always friendly, and always willing to share his time and expertise helping all of us.”
Champion of Innovation: Kevin Pedini
As Creative Team Lead, Kevin Pedini is an inspiring voice in the CallTrackingMetrics product and brand. His wealth of ideas, depth of skill, and innovative spirit earned him top nominations in the award of Champion of Innovation by his colleagues in the 2022 CTMmy Awards. As a colleague wrote in their nomination, “Kevin is always using his creativity and skills to push us to be better. He has the Midas touch—everything he touches turns to gold.”
Champion of Innovation: Joanna Dinh
Joanna Dinh proves that being a software developer is about more than code. As a fierce problem solver and collaborator, she earned top nominations in the award of Champion of Innovation by her colleagues in the 2022 CTMmy Awards. “Joanna always looks for ways to improve the app” Gushed a colleague. “She is collaborative, combats problems, and puts together great solutions. When we have questions, she listens, takes all the feedback and comes up with a better vision, and implements it.”
Customer Centric: Matt Horstmann
As Lead Customer Support Engineer, Matt has been serving CTM customers for over five years. Matt earned top nominations in the Customer Centric award in the 2022 CTMmy’s. He will fight anyone for our customers and is the ultimate advocate for serving our customers honorably.”
Works with Purpose: Jeremy Wingate
His title may say VP of Revenue, but Jeremy’s team also calls him the CTM Cheerleader for his positive force and consistent encouragement.
“There are many different types of leaders, and Jeremy’s style inspires greatness and makes you excited to come to work. He consistently considers all the moving pieces and focuses the teams towards a singular objective.”
Congratulations to Jeremy, Matt, Joanna, Kevin, and James!
