Using the new integration, customers can append any CRM table in HubSpot—including contact, company, and deal records—to import essential data to custom HubSpot fields, map CallTrackingMetrics agents to HubSpot users or set default account owners, and automatically link contacts to companies or deals in HubSpot.
Marketing and sales team working within HubSpot will also be able to access call recordings and attribution data from CallTrackingMetrics, all within the contact record in HubSpot.
