We are constantly working to improve our platform, and are pleased to announce that the following enhancements will be released next week:
Modified Object Notification: If another user makes changes to an item you are currently editing (tracking number, tracking source, etc.), you’ll now receive a warning notification, and you can reload the page to get the updates. This should prevent conflicting changes from being made by multiple administrators.
Notify Team to Update Phone: If you’re an administrator who needs their agents to reload the CTM softphone after making changes to your team settings, you can now send an alert to all of your agents requesting that they reload the softphone. This will ensure that all of your users are working with the latest version of your team settings.
Track Incorrect Login Attempts: You can now see failed login attempts in a user’s profile under “Activity History.” This could be a valuable security measure to ensure no unauthorized users are attempting to access your account.
Export Agency and Account Billing Logs: We’ve added the ability to export your Agency and Account Billing logs. This should make it much easier to produce reports on that data.
