We’re constantly working to improve our product here at CallTrackingMetrics, which often means making changes to what you see while using our platform.
The following updates will start to roll out this coming week:
- We’ve integrated with Slack: Your CTM account will soon be able to connect with your Slack account, so that you can see whether your contacts are on calls, and even open the Softphone, based on Slack commands.
- Triggers can send automated appointment reminders: Improvements to our triggers can now notify managers about live call statuses, and send automated appointment reminders – even if the appointment gets rescheduled!
- Updates to overview reports: Just about anything on the Call Reports page can now be displayed as custom graphs on the Overview Reports page, with new titles.
