We’re constantly working to improve our product here at CallTrackingMetrics, which often means making changes to what you see while using our platform.
The following updates will start to roll out this coming week:
- We now support emojis: Our text log will now be able to display emojis, both sent and received! Check it out starting Monday, June 18th.
- More agent icons: When selecting an agent in our drop-down menus, you will now see that agent’s user icon in addition to their name. Looking to see this in action? Check out your call queue settings.
- Enhanced caller ID fields are now available everywhere: Users of our Enhanced Caller ID feature will now be able to select those additional fields in any relevant menu.
