Copy Settings Across Accounts: You may notice a new Copy Section button when editing your CTM account. This little button can be pretty powerful; with just a few clicks, you can quickly copy settings from the section you’re currently working on, and apply them to other features of the same type. This amazing time-saver makes it easier to do bulk updates such as setting new greeting messages or changing queue settings for all of your accounts at once, including across agency sub-accounts.
Google Data Studio Integration: We’re incredibly excited to announce our new integration with Google Data Studio! Connect your CTM account with Google Data Studio to build and share custom reports alongside your data from other platforms. Our Data Studio integration features two connectors and a pre-made report template to help you get started.

You can easily exclude any call/activity data, and remove email footer blocks that contain business name or contact information.
