Custom Fields in Activity Reports: We’re making it even easier to report on your customer interactions. If you’re using custom fields to collect important information about your calls, texts, and forms, you can now use the Activity Reports feature to create reports based on those fields. Reporting is available for checkbox, rating, country, and pick list custom field types.
