We’re constantly working to improve our product here at CallTrackingMetrics, which often means making changes to what you see while using our platform.
The following updates will start to roll out this coming week:
- We’re unifying the names of our fields: Now, the fields that perform similar functions will be labeled consistently across our platform.
- Triggers have a lot more power: You can now use triggers to automatically update any field based on the conditions you set. For example, a trigger could be set to automatically exclude calls under ten seconds from your call log.
- Our transcriptions page got a minor makeover: You may notice a slight upgrade to the look and feel of our transcriptions interface.
- Better communications with FormReactor: We’ve improved the way that our FormReactor interacts with the Salesforce integration.
