The following updates should be rolling out next week:
- Flexible email notifications: Now, email templates offer more tools to customize the details that are displayed to recipients. You can easily exclude any call/activity data, and remove email footer blocks that contain business name or contact information.
- Updates to call tags: It’s never been easier to manage your custom tags, with flexible options to rename, reassign, and now remove them as needed.
- Adding triggers to the dialer: Users of the Auto Dialer will be able to trigger an activity based on the success or failure of a dial—allowing you to automate features like call-backs or internal workflow.
- Streamlined Softphone: We continue to enhance the Softphone interface to better support the needs of our users. This week’s enhancements include more intuitive prompts for adding participants to calls—whether trying to add internal agents or external contacts.
