The following updates should be rolling out next week:
- Updates to your Kenshoo integration: You can now send a status field into the Kenshoo platform so that you can gain a more holistic view of your calls. The new field is a combination of activity type (inbound, outbound, form, etc.) along with the reporting tag (accepted, rejected, etc.). You can enable this option in the Kenshoo integration.
- More customization for the call log: You now have the ability to hide a caller’s location in the “Contact” column within the call log, to provide a more streamlined appearance.
- Clearer agent dashboard: You’ll soon have access to a new and improved real-time agents dashboard with more data visualizations to help track agent activity at a glance.
