We are constantly working to improve our platform, and are pleased to announce that the following enhancements will be released next week:

  • New Tokens: We’ve added three new tokens to help you customize your messages with even more information: spotted keywords, transcription text, and recording URL.  Tokens allow you to add information from a call, text, or form to any custom messages you send from CTM, such as emails and texts sent by triggers or account notifications.
