CTM Weekly Digest: June 21, 2019

We are constantly working to improve our platform, and are pleased to announce that the following enhancements will be released next week:

  • Duplicate Record Handling: We’ve updated our integration with Microsoft Dynamics with a new setting that allows you to choose how to handle duplicate records.  If a duplicate record would be created by the integration, you can now select whether to keep the older record or the newer record in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Updated Custom Mapping: You can now map the Google Ad Client ID from CallTrackingMetrics when creating custom mappings, such as mappings for Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, or Salesforce.
