CTM Weekly Digest: June 28, 2019
We are constantly working to improve our platform, and are pleased to announce that the following enhancements will be released next week:
- Improved Call Transfers: We’ve updated call transfers with the ability to send calls to agents who are online, but not currently accepting calls. Now, when you use the softphone to transfer a call to an agent who isn’t available, the agent will be prompted to accept the call or send it to their personal voicemail.
- New Device Icons in the Call Log: Gain quick insight into the devices your customers are using to reach you with our new call log icons! With this update, the Session Data column of your call log will display icons representing the visitor’s device type, operating system, and browser.
