CTM Weekly Digest: March 15, 2019

We are constantly working to improve our platform, and are pleased to announce that the following enhancements will be released next week:

  • Zendesk Integration: We’re excited to announce our brand new integration with Zendesk! If you’re using Zendesk to support your customers, merging the data across both platforms could greatly streamline your workflow. Search for existing tickets inside the call log with our Zendesk panel, or even create a new tickets based on your CTM communication! If you prefer to automate your daily activities, you can even set up a trigger to create tickets for you based on any criteria you choose. Read more about our Zendesk integration here.
  • Take your Exports to a New Level: You can now filter exported data to an incredibly granular level with our new Matchback feature. For example, if you wanted to see a list of customers who had called your Google Ads tracking number in the last month, our existing export tool would let you filter for that data. However, our new Matchback tool would enable you to export that same data while also matching it against a list of contacts from another source. The resulting export would show you the list of calls from customers who match your filter criteria and were also found on the list of contacts you provided.
