CTM Weekly Digest: May 17, 2019

We are constantly working to improve our platform, and are pleased to announce that the following enhancements will be released next week:

  • Updated Hubspot Integration: We’ve introduced a new and improved version of our Hubspot integration!  The new integration allows you to use triggers to control precisely how and when Contacts are created or updated in your Hubspot account.  Create custom field mappings to put important data where you want it, map your CTM agents to Hubspot users, and even automatically link Contacts to Companies or Deals in your Hubspot account.
  • New Account Usage: The updated Account Usage report now makes it even easier to find all of the costs associated with your CallTrackingMetrics account.  In addition to the full breakdown of tracking number usage, the report now includes subscription costs (including any add-ons you have for your account) and a view of your payment history, all in one place.
