Our integration with Salesforce just got even better! With the release of our Open CTI direct phone integration, agents can use our softphone right in Salesforce.

The phone is now completely integrated into existing Salesforce workflows. Agents can receive calls, place outbound calls, transfer calls etc. without ever having to leave the Salesforce interface. They can also view the real-time call log, see important tracking information about each call and make contact updates.
