Stopping Incoming Calls

Last Updated: 07/06/2018 Back to Topic All Articles

Stopping incoming calls temporarily stops all incoming calls from connecting and prevents your account’s tracking code from displaying your tracking numbers to visitors on your website.  Incoming calls can be stopped for individual tracking numbers or for the entire account.  Calls can be stopped and resumed at any time.

  • Stopping incoming calls does not stop charges to your account.
  • You will be charged your regular subscription fee, monthly renewal fees for numbers, and any other features with additional rates you have activated in your account.
  • Tracking numbers will remain in your account, but will not receive phone calls.

If you would like to prevent number swapping while keeping your account and phone calls active, follow the instructions here instead.
