The CTM FormReactor not only allows you to see calls and forms in the same platform, it also has the ability to capture attribution data on forms. Know where all of your leads are coming from.
Tools for Success (Intermediate)
This feature can be used to simply place the form fills in your Activity Log or initiate a call between the contact and your agents.
For instance, potential customers who do not want to place a call but would like to be contacted at a later time can fill out a form and include their phone number and the time or date they want to be called. Once the form is submitted, it would appear in your Activity Log as a filled out Form with the customer’s contact information.
This feature also gives you the ability to have the system initiate a call when a specific form is filled out.
