Digital Campaign Manager

This position is located in our Severna Park, MD headquarters

We are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will own our paid media channels and SEO strategy, and oversee digital programs that drive pipeline for our sales team. You’ll work with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to create demand gen content, and scale current digital marketing programs. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and have hands-on experience driving leads from digital campaigns, with a primary focus on  paid ad channels.


  • Drive traffic and create revenue growth through the strategic use of digital tools, including website, email, ppc, display ads, social media, search engines, review sites and brand sites
  • Establish/manage online advertising budget and create campaign performance monitoring and reporting against company-wide KPIs
  • Develop marketing automation campaigns in HubSpot to help acquire new customers in key audience segments, and help transform existing customers into advocates
  • Coordinate the creation and execution of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, videos, etc.)
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Build reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to the management team
  • Develop, implement, and optimize landing page content to support digital advertising and lead gen efforts
  • Day-to-day implementation and management of digital advertising campaigns, including keyword generation,ad copy writing and testing, landing page optimization, display/retargeting, video, mobile, SEM, social media marketing, etc.
  • Define and build keyword lists based on objectives and market opportunity, using a mix of analytics data, and PPC data


  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years experience managing digital advertising platforms
  • Expert Knowledge in PPC platforms and digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more, with a strong understanding of how to optimize campaigns for post-click conversion (Must be Google Ads/Analytics certified)
  • Experience with online content development— solid instincts for what makes compelling copy that will elicit action
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and WordPress websites
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot
  • HubSpot and Facebook Ad Certifications a plus
  • Advanced working knowledge of B2B customer acquisition strategies, paid media tactics, conversion optimization, search engine optimization, and ABM
  • Experience managing SEO keyword and content strategy
  • Experience with web analytics and A/B testing platforms such as Google Optimize, Crazy Egg, and Optimizely
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
