Digital Campaign Manager

This position is located in our Severna Park, MD headquarters

CallTrackingMetrics is looking for an analytical and ROI driven marketer to join the team as a Digital Campaign Manager. As our Digital Campaign Manager, you will develop new/optimize existing acquisition campaigns—including PPC, paid social, remarketing, display, dynamic and video ads, and SEO efforts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable analyzing metrics, drawing conclusions from data, and creating summary reports for the leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute search strategies to grow and improve performance through new campaigns, keyword opportunities, campaign and ad group structuring, audience targeting, remarketing, and other facets of PPC media to meet lead/conversion goals
  • Research and refine target keywords relevant to the company, competitors, audiences, and core product features
  • Understand our ideal customer, and competitors and build similar audience lists for highly targeted ad campaigns
  • Drive SEO tactics with our internal content manager to optimize website pages and blog for organic search traffic
  • Measure, document, and communicate the effectiveness of all programs, providing regular reports and updates including traffic, conversion rate, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, direct signups, and CPA
  • Collaborate with marketing to create landing pages that convert, based on keyword research and a SEO-first approach 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • BA/BS in Digital Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years actively managing campaigns in Google Ads (certification required)
  • 5+ years using Google Analytics (certification required)
  • 3+ years managing paid social campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (certifications are a plus)
  • Experience developing messaging/copy for ad campaigns, based on target goals, keyword research, and competitor analysis
  • Experience using SEO insight tools, such as SEMRush, Moz or similar
  • Experience building audience lists in Google Ads and creating highly targeted search, display, Gmail, and remarketing campaigns based on these segments
  • Extensive experience developing custom reports and KPI dashboards to highlight digital campaign performance
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress
  • Basic understanding of call tracking solutions, a plus
