Sales Development Rep
This position is located in our Severna Park, MD headquarters
We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with strong business acumen, technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales team as a Sales Development Representative.
You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across various geographical regions. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance eventually to an Account Executive role on our Sales team.

- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding CallTrackingMetrics
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers
- Schedule demo appointments
- Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in CallTrackingMetrics
- Check in with leads in the trial phase to encourage conversion and engagement
- Achieve quarterly quotas of revenue goals
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 2 years of corporate sales experience (Software sales is a plus)
- Strong desire to be in technology sales
- Prior inside sales experience
- Experience being held to goals
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
