What We Are Looking For:
Our company is growing fast and just celebrated achieving our highest earning revenue quarter in Company history in Q2 2020! We have reached a place in our growth where it is time to add a Controller to our leadership team and begin to build-out our finance & accounting team.
We are looking for someone who is currently in a Controller role and knows the expectations of the position. What’s unique about the Controller that we are looking for is their ability to build a department from the ground-up. The immediate objective of the Controller is to learn our expansive software and understand the finances associated with the company and billing for our services. The next few months will then focus on more administrative items to build-out the procedures and processes that will serve as the strategic foundation of the Controller’s long-term goals for the department. This foundation will include converting our finances from a cash-based system to an accrual-based system and developing an effective billing system that is easy for our customers to understand and our team to explain.
Once this foundation is in place, the Controller’s focus will shift to long-term strategic vision and the development of the finance team to support their vision.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in a Controller role, with SaaS experience preferred, but not needed. Attention to detail and the willingness to complete every type of task associated with a finance & accounting team until the department foundation is in place to build-out a team is imperative.
We want someone who is super excited to have the opportunity to build something from scratch and watch it flourish, while they also continue to develop and grow alongside our team. Our Leadership Team is comprised of team members that have similarly built their departments from the ground up and they are always there to lend advice or a helping hand.

Our team is currently working remotely due to COVID-19. As a result, we are conducting interviews via Zoom. We are closely monitoring CDC and State Guidance to determine the ability for our team members to safely return to the office.
