  • We help businesses determine which ad campaigns produce the highest return on investment, ultimately driving more conversions, increasing efficiencies, and automating their operations.
  • We help contact centers support and better connect with their customers by offering a variety of tools such as our mobile app, conversation transcriptions, chat and text messaging features, queue tracking, and a bunch of incredible analytics.

What position are we hiring for (and what will they do)?

We are looking for a Software Engineer to work closely with the CEO and VP of Engineering in the design, development, testing and deployment of CTM’s technical solutions. As a Software Engineer, you will become a master in Ruby on Rails, Nginix, and will use Redis like a Swiss Army Knife. You should also bring a passion for cutting-edge technologies,  and dream about shaping the future of the platform. A deep interest or knowledge of AI, whether it be on-the job experience, or a self-driven passion, is a plus.

Must Have Skills & Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in software development/engineering
  • A willingness to learn, and learn quickly
  • A passion for software quality
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient with with Ruby on Rails
  • Proficient in  JavaScript, Python, Go, or Rust
  • Proficient with Git
  • Experience manipulating data in MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of Redis
  • Familiar with Nginx or Lua
  • Understanding of web services (REST and APIs)
  • Ability to strategically analyze the development process for software and anticipate potential roadblocks with current strategy, adapting before those roadblocks are incurred
  • Great written and verbal communication skills


Nice to Have Skills & Requirements:


  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Math, or other interesting analytic discipline
  • Prior large-scale web-app experience
  • Github/Bitbucket/Gitlab portfolio
  • Always hacking on something!
