Having used various call tracking solutions (mostly inherited as clients came to me for marketing consults) I have crawled up the learning curves for several alternatives. The stunning thing about CTM is you are continuously left thinking "Is that it?.... No really - is that all I have to do?" Set up your numbers and there is a single line of code you have to add to your pages. And we add it through Google Tag Manager. It's a single set up and it works across the entire site in seconds. Integration with Google Analytics is as simple as selecting your profile in a drop down. and the event tracking is already configured. It does everything we've ever thought of, and then a bunch of things we never would have thought of. I rarely review, let alone rave about services, but this one needs to be shouted about.
