My background before joining CTM is 10+ years of experience in the defense industry and government spaces. I have cultivated skills through all facets of information systems management across multiple disciplines including BI reporting, data visualization, database/middleware management, data integration, automation, and scripting in Bash/Python. My passion lies in automation and integration of different information systems. When I am not at work, I like spending my time hanging out with my fiancé and my 5 cats!

With almost two decades of learning & development and management experience, I am excited to lead, design, and facilitate training programs for CallTrackingMetrics. I am passionate about understanding my learners' needs and empowering them with resources and opportunities so they can both retain and apply their knowledge when they need it most. My motto is: "We rise by lifting others." When I am not at work, you can find me traveling with family and friends, going out to eat with my husband and son, or reading a book while cuddling with my fur baby (Shihpoo).

I oversee the strategic and technical direction of the company and I’m often on the front lines with our customers. In the past decade, I have founded 3 software companies and have extensive experience leading software teams and scaling large websites for volume. My experience includes working with organizations such as LivingSocial, Mercedes Benz, AOL, Revolution, and the Department of Defense.

Jessica Michaels

As a Product Coach, I help onboard our new team members, as well as manage our professional training programs for our client base. I am a Google Certified Partner with experience working in both AdWords and Analytics and specialize in analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns, using CTM's technology. I'm a nerd for all the latest technologies and love working in the industry!

Coming to CTM with a background in software project management and finance, I oversee the operations of the company. From finance, to HR, marketing and customer service, I try to provide customers and our internal team with the tools and processes they need to be successful. I have 10+ years experience as a management consultant, as well as years in the fashion industry. And yes—I am also Todd's wife.

We all love the water and most days you can find us paddle boarding. Any other free time is spent running our family photography business.

I began my marketing career 15 years ago in the tourism and hospitality industries before quickly moving into the world of digital paid media where I partnered with clients in the automotive, education, charitable giving, real estate, home services, and software verticals. In addition to everything digital marketing, I also love running, live music, and cats.
