If you are on a plan with subacounts, you can easily move tracking numbers between those accounts as needed.
If you would like to port a number away from CallTrackingMetrics, you should initiate that request with the carrier you would like to move the number to.
If you have a customer, or you are a customer, that is moving from one CTM Account to another, we require the permission from multiple parties.
CallTrackingMetrics allows an unlimited amount of account users with flexible user access levels. When you add a new user, you can choose from a variety of roles.
