Dark mode inverts the color scheme of the CallTrackingMetrics application. If you prefer the look of a dark background with white text, you can easily switch to dark mode using the toggle found under your Settings menu.
If you have the softphone window open when you switch dark mode on or off, you may need to refresh your softphone in order for the change to apply there.
Dark mode will also automatically generate a dark-mode-friendly version of any custom logos you have uploaded to your account. If you prefer to upload your own dark mode logo, you can do so in the Appearance section of the Agency Settings or Account Settings page.
