Integrating CTM with Zoho Using Zapier
Integrating your CallTrackingMetrics account with Zoho CRM is easy using Zapier’s trigger system. To get started, simply set your “zap” to zapier.com, choosing CallTrackingMetrics as the trigger and Zoho as the action. To set up this trigger, you will need to subscribe to Zapier’s premium service.
You can choose for a number of things to happen in Zoho each time new calls come in, such as:
- create a contact
- create a lead
Note: Zoho only allows GCLID on the initial record creation. This means if you have triggers running to update records and want to send a GCLID value, Zoho will not accept it.
