Swapping Numbers in Images

If your phone number on your website is a graphic, there is some re-tooling you will need to do to get it to swap with the CTM code.

Our primary recommendation is to change the format of the phone number so that it is NOT in an image. This is the most straightforward solution.

Alternatively, if you must keep the number in an image, you can find information on our API page within the JavaScript Images API area of the documents which describe setting up a call back interface that makes it fairly easy for a developer to set up the tracking numbers to swap. All you’ll need to do on your end is set up a simple mapping table that embeds images with the tracking numbers in them.

You will then need to place your custom code in the tracking script area of the Tracking Code page, found within Numbers → Tracking Code → Custom Tracking Code.
