Stopping incoming calls temporarily stops all incoming calls from connecting and prevents your account’s tracking code from displaying your tracking numbers to visitors on your website. Incoming calls can be stopped for individual tracking numbers or for the entire account. Calls can be stopped and resumed at any time.
Stopping incoming calls does not stop charges to your account.
You will be charged your regular subscription fee, monthly renewal fees for numbers, and any other features with additional rates you have activated in your account.
Tracking numbers will remain in your account, but will not receive phone calls.
Use the left hand navigation or scroll down to the Status section and click Stop Incoming Calls.
In the confirmation window that appears, click Stop Incoming Calls.
Incoming calls and number swapping are now stopped for this account. You will see (stopped) in the black toolbar when viewing this account to indicate the new account status. No number swapping will occur on any websites where you have installed the tracking code, and calls will not be connected.
To resume incoming calls and the tracking code:
Navigate to Settings → Account Settings.
Use the left hand navigation or scroll down to the Status section and click Resume Incoming Calls and Tracking Code.
The Active column on this page will indicate whether a number is currently active to receive phone calls. Yes indicates an active number, and Noindicates a stopped number.
Click the pencil icon in the active column.
Use the drop-down menu to select Stop Calls and click the red check box.
The stopped number will appear in greyed out text in your tracking numbers list. Calls to this number will not connect and this number will not be dynamically displayed on your website until the number is resumed.
To allow calls to this number, click the pencil icon again and select Allow Calls, then click the check box.
