Customize the look of your CallTrackingMetrics account using theme colors and your own logos and icons.  Appearance settings can be applied to a single account or to all subaccounts within an agency.

 

Account Logo

The account logo appears in the top left corner of the application.  By default, this uses our CallTrackingMetrics logo, but you can replace it with your own logo if you prefer.  When you upload your logo, the system will automatically create a dark mode-friendly version for you (if you don’t provide your own).

To set your account logo:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Account Settings → Appearance.  (If you want to apply the same logo to all of your subaccounts, do this from Settings → Agency Settings → Appearance instead).
  2. In the Account Logo section, click Choose File and select the file you wish to use.
    • The logo size is 325×75
    • You may upload .jpg, .png, and .gif files no larger than 4 MB
  3. Click Upload Logo.

If you need to remove your custom logo later on, click remove underneath the logo in this section.

 

Account Icon

The account icon appears on the browser tab that is running CallTrackingMetrics and is also used as the icon for the mobile app on your phone’s home screen.

To set your account icon:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Account Settings → Appearance.  (If you want to apply the same icon to all of your subaccounts, do this from Settings → Agency Settings → Appearance instead).
  2. In the Account Icon section, click Choose File and select the file you wish to use.
    • The logo size is 200×200
    • You may upload .jpg, .png, and .gif files no larger than 4 MB
  3. Click Upload Icon.

If you need to remove your custom icon later on, click remove underneath the icon in this section.

 

Theme Color

The theme color applies to menu text, buttons, and banner messages in your account.  The default theme is blue, but can be changed to any of the available presets.

To set your account theme:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Account Settings → Appearance.  (If you want to apply the same theme color to all of your subaccounts, do this from Settings → Agency Settings → Appearance instead).
  2. In the Whitelabel theme section, use the drop-down menu the choose a new theme color.
  3. Click Update Theme.
