Porting means to take your current phone number away from the current provider, and transport it to another carrier (like CallTrackingMetrics).

The porting process can take between 2-4 weeks. Do not cancel service with your current carrier until the port has completed and your calls are running through CallTrackingMetrics. You will be charged the monthly fee for these numbers as soon as the porting process starts. Once your number is ported to CallTrackingMetrics, you will pay standard
Why was my port request rejected? Although most numbers are portable, there are several common reasons why a port request may be initially rejected by the carrier losing the numbers.
If you would like to port a number away from CallTrackingMetrics, you should initiate that request with the carrier you would like to move the number to.
