The Call Reports page provides an overview of your calls over a set time period sorted by a dimension of your choice. You can use filters and date ranges to narrow down which calls you want to include in the report.
You can schedule reports to be automatically emailed at regular intervals. Navigate to Reporting > Reports, and you will see the Overview Report.
One of the many reports that CTM offers is an Account Usage report, which shows a breakdown of cost by tracking number for the account you are viewing.
From the call log, you can click the export button (the cloud with the arrow) to export all of the details for each of your call into an excel file.
