What is a Subprocessor: A Sub-Processor is a third party data processor engaged by CTM who has or potentially will have access to or process Customer Data (which may contain Personal Data). CTM engages different types of Sub-Processors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below. References on this page to “SubProcessors” shall be interpreted to include Service Providers (engaged on behalf of our Customers as the relevant Businesses) for the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Due Diligence: CTM undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed Sub-Processors that will or may have access to or process Customer Personal Data. - Including terms in its contract with each Sub-Processor which are no less protective than those set out in these Terms; and
- Remaining liable to the Customer for any failure by each Sub-Processor to fulfil its obligations in relation to the Processing of the Customer Personal Data.
