How does the Yext + CTM integration work? 

Once you integrate Yext with CTM you’ll be able to assign tracking numbers to your Yext entities. From there, you can view and track your session data directly within your CTM account while Yext manages citations using those tracking numbers. 

To integrate, you must: 

  • Connect your CTM account with Yext
  • Authorize API permissions
  • Load your Yext entities into CTM
  • Assign tracking numbers
