Front End Engineer

Are you looking for an innovative, fast-growing place to test and grow your skills? We are looking for a talented front end engineer to join our team. Candidates should have at least 4 experience in front end development, experience working in PHP/Wordpress, strong HTML/CSS skills, experience building mobile responsive sites, good knowledge of SEO fundamentals, a strong design aesthetic and a collaborative work style so they can work closely with our designers and back end engineers throughout their projects.

Technical Support Engineer

Do you like problem solving? Do you enjoy interacting with people? Have a knack for picking up on technical products quickly?We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will work with our users on technical support issues coming in through phone, chat and email as well as the developers that are responsible for updating our software service. This is a position where you will learn the inner workings of the CallTrackingMetrics's technology, while also getting to work directly with our customers.

Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with strong business acumen, technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales team as a Sales Development Representative. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance eventually to an Account Executive role. In this role you will respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries, create a great first impression to our prospects and customers, partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills, and maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in CallTrackingMetrics.
