We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Support Engineer

Do you like problem solving? Do you enjoy interacting with people? Have a knack for picking up on technical products quickly?

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will work with our users on technical support issues as well as the developers that are responsible for updating our software service. This is a position where you will learn the inner workings of the CallTrackingMetrics's technology, while also getting to work directly with our customers.

Software Engineer

Are you looking for an innovative, fast-growing place to test and grow your skills? We are looking for talented software engineers to join our team. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in software development & engineering including requirements analysis, software development, installation, maintenance, and testing. Preferably five years of experience using Ruby on Rails, proficient with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, well-versed in development of web services (REST), and familiar with Algorithm Development and/or Analytics Development, Graph Construction, Query, and Presentation.

Onboarding Manager

Onboarding Managers are the main point of contact for new customers of CallTrackingMetrics and are responsible for the successful implementation of their new accounts.

As an Onboarding Manager, you will:

  • Be the primary contact and advocate for new customers.
  • Become an expert in call tracking and become the trusted marketing advisor to each of your new customers
  • Recommend the correct mix of service plans for new customers so that they have the support they need to accomplish their goals.
  • Drive upgrade revenue from service plans, new product feature adoption and expanded usage.
  • Work as part of the team to develop strategies for scale and growth
  • Train your customers on the use of our software so they that they can be managed by the customer success team after their first 90 days.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Prior experience with account management.
  • Experience working with business owners and marketers.
  • A firm grasp of how business works, including sales, consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability to effectively drive a phone conversation.
  • Phenomenal organizational skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonuses would be:

  • Experience working in an advertising agency, marketing department or call center.
  • Strong SaaS business acumen.
  • Fluency in other languages.

Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with strong business acumen, technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales team as a Sales Development Representative.

You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across various geographical regions. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance eventually to an Account Executive role.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience being held to metrics a plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
