She manages the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, as well as helping brands build relationships with profitable partners and customers.
Throughout her career, Navah makes a point to give back and loves sharing lessons learned on the international speaking circuit as well as local universities. She is a frequent contributor to SEJ, SEMrush, and WordStream blogs/webinars.
In 2019, she became a founding member of the Paid Search Association, a group dedicated to empowering the next generation of PPC practitioners, as well as serving as a resource for all practitioners to learn from and share with the community.
Michael Barnett is an ambitious and strategic entrepreneur/leader that is passionate about solving major market problems in the SMB segment. As an entrepreneur, he has founded a fin-tech marketplace lending firm as well as a business call center automation company. As a leader, his primary focus is to recruit high quality talent, clearly communicate the company's vision, create an attractive culture, and focus the organization on execution.

Sam Zegas is Chief of Staff at Deepgram, a startup that uses machine learning to power speech recognition and natural language understanding. His role focuses on strategy and operations, including work on people operations and culture. He also works closely with Deepgram’s linguistics team on developing new language models. Prior to Deepgram, Sam worked in management consulting and global health. He studied linguistics and anthropology and later completed an MBA and a Master’s in Public Policy at Harvard.

Tammy Pham is the Head of Talent at Deepgram and has tripled the team in the last year. She is involved in the strategic vision of recruiting, people operations and culture. Prior to Deepgram, Tammy spent 3 years as a Recruitment Advisor specializing in Seed to Series B startups and 5 years recruiting for Palantir, during a time of significant growth when they scaled from 400 to over 2,000 employees in 21 locations. Her role is to understand what motivates employees, help them grow, let them know how they're doing, set them free and watch them learn.

Joy is the owner of the Local Search Forum, LocalU, and Sterling Sky, a Local SEO agency in Canada & the USA. Todd Fisher is Co-Founder and CEO of CallTrackingMetrics. Todd founded the business in 2012 with his wife, Laure Fisher, in their basement and have grown it into a Inc 500 rated, top ranked call management platform serving over 30,000 businesses around the world. Todd developed the initial software and as the CEO he continues to be the driving technical force of the company. What started as purely a marketing tracking tool has now become a robust call center offering- the first in the industry to combine advertising and contact center reporting into a single product. Currently, Todd and the team are driving new innovations in Speech Analytics, Smart Routing and expanding the software’s CRM capabilities. Prior to CallTrackingMetrics, Todd co-founded SimoSoftware selling it to RevolutionHealth in 2005. Todd has made a number of notable developments in the Ruby on Rails community and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lehigh University.
Laure Fisher is co-founder and COO of CallTrackingMetrics, a leading call management platform serving over 30,000 businesses around the world. An experienced business leader in technology, marketing, and consulting with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and skills in project, process, and personnel management, Laure has worked closely with customers across a variety of industries helping them to translate conversations into impact and drive conversions. Prior to CallTrackingMetrics, Laure was a founding partner and VP, Marketing and Client Services for Captico LLC, providing online software solutions for small businesses looking to accelerate their marketing and online presence. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ken is the Director of Customer Success at CallTrackingMetrics and has more than twenty years of experience in account management, business development and operations. When he joined the CallTrackingMetrics team in 2018, we asked him to share a little about himself: From cutting my interactive teeth at AOL to building a client relationship team at ADP, I have been in client relations for 20 years. I enjoy helping companies leverage technology to grow their business. At CTM I take a "share the love approach" to partnering with our clients to serve success.
Director of HR
Shannon Duvall brings more than 15 years of Human Resources experience to the CallTrackingMetrics team. As the Director of Human Resources, Shannon is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of HR, including recruiting, compliance, and payroll/benefits administration, as well as the long-term strategic vision of CTM's culture and employee experience. Prior to her role at CTM, Shannon served as the Head of Human Resources for an international, supplemental education company that serviced students around the world. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, she holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
Director of IT
Bob Graw has over 20 years of experience in systems integration and software development in the health care, real estate, and government space. His speciality is problem solving and customer service. I specialize in working with our Enterprise customers to adapt the software to meet their needs.
As CTM’s Product Coach, Jessica onboards our new team members and manages all of our professional training programs for our client base: including the monthly Live Academy series, weekly Q&A sessions for new customers, and the Launchpad self-guided training portal.
On top of knowing CallTrackingMetrics like the back of her hand, Jessica is a Google Certified Partner with experience working in both Ads and Analytics. She specializes in analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns using CTM's technology. She is a nerd for all the latest technologies and loves working in the industry!
Jason Smith brings more than 20 years of telecommunications experience to the CallTrackingMetrics team. In his current role of Sales Engineer, Jason partners with both the sales and engineering teams to match customers with a customized solution to meet their business needs. Prior to his role with CTM, Jason worked in telecom sales with a primary focus on enterprise business clients exploring cloud hosting solutions and global private network solutions.
I'm a customer advocate with a love for problem solving, my main objective is to provide world class service. I have a background in software technical support and project management. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, coaching youth softball, traveling, and of course, watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Courtney Tyson has spent her career in the media and SaaS worlds, collaborating with marketers and communicators at top corporations and brands. Her passion is partnering with our clients to best understand their business objectives and personal wins in order to help drive success. In her current role, she is working to build the CallTrackingMetrics Partner Ecosystem, a series of programs focused on creating beneficial, joint venture relationships, with CTMs existing and prospective partners. Courtney is also the host of Smart Route, the CallTrackingMetrics podcast, where she has the opportunity to connect with industry thought leaders to discuss innovative ideas at the intersection of marketing, customer experience, and sales.

Jonathan is the Account Executive Team Lead at CallTrackingMetrics and has 14 years of experience in the telecom industry. Jonathan joined the CallTrackingMetrics team in 2018. When asked to share a little about himself he said: I believe in hard work, integrity and delivering on my commitments, all while having fun, and developing great relationships with our clients. When I am not at work, my wife and I love being outdoors and using free time to travel. All other hours are spent on the golf course, avoiding "3 putts" and "3 off the tee".

Lisa Salvatore brings more than 15 years of paid media knowledge and expertise to her role as Senior Manager of Paid Media at CallTrackingMetrics, where she finds new and innovative ways to promote our call tracking and contact center solution to businesses interested in personalized customer experiences and actionable, attributable insights. She operates under the 'strategize, execute, analyze, optimize' mindset. Prior to CTM, Lisa partnered with clients in the automotive, education, charitable giving, real estate, home services, and software verticals in her account and strategy roles at digital advertising agencies. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.

Kate Batz has over 15 years of project management experience, and as a Professional Services Consultant, she helps new customers learn how CallTrackingMetrics can optimize their internal processes and create customer-centric experiences. She also manages and implements system builds for clients to help solve operational pain points. She is a lifelong learner, a creative, and loves creating “wow” moments for her customers. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Towson University.

Chris Todd has spent the better part of his 10+ year career as a digital strategist, for both agencies and startups. He's a digital marketing ‘generalist’ with deep experience in inbound and paid acquisition strategies. He spends most of his work day telling stories through data and working alongside Sales to perfect the buyer's journey. When he's home, his two daughters keep him very busy. And he reserves any extra time for being a comedy and podcast nerd.
Revenue Operations Manager
Merry Keane is a Salesforce certified Revenue Operations leader with over 10 years experience. She started her career in Marketing and Promotions before transitioning to CTM where she is a strategic voice for Sales process, reporting, and planning. In between maintaining a robust internal RevOps strategy, she regularly shares her Salesforce expertise directly with customers. Merry is also an active volunteer with the American Red Cross and holds a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
