Your new CallTrackingMetrics plan includes a complimentary onboarding package with our team, where we cover everything you need to know to get started on CallTrackingMetrics, customized for your organization’s unique needs. Whether you’re a call tracking novice or an experienced contact center manager, our team is here to set you up for success from the start.

Let’s get to know each other

When you sign up for a CallTrackingMetrics account, you will receive a welcome email introducing you to your dedicated Onboarding Manager, who will be a great resource to guide you through getting started on our platform. Your Onboarding Manager will learn more about your needs and what you hope to accomplish with our tools before walking you through a set-up tailored to your specific goals.

What to expect from your onboarding experience

You’ll receive two hours of dedicated training with an experienced and effective Onboarding Manager. How you use these hours is up to you! You can even elect to break this time up into two different calls or four 30-minute sessions to suit your training preferences or schedule.

What do we cover in onboarding?

  • Getting to know the software, with a guided walk through of the platform with your Onboarding Manager.
  • Explanation and guidance of integrations you may be interested in utilizing, such as Google Ads and Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Facebook, and more.
  • Personalized guidance on aspects of the software that may be new to you, such as:
  • Call Routing
  • Notifications
  • Users
  • Reporting

We’ll proactively provide you with suggestions around features that might be helpful for your business, as well as test any features you’ve configured to make sure everything is set up correctly.
