When you sign up for a CallTrackingMetrics account, you will receive a welcome email introducing you to your dedicated Onboarding Manager. On your first call your Onboarding Manager will learn more about your needs and what you hope to accomplish with our tools before walking you through a set-up tailored to your specific goals.

Your Onboarding Manager will also walk you through any integrations you may be interested in utilizing, such as Google Ads and Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Facebook, and more.

They will also provide personalized guidance on aspects of the software that may be new to you, such as:
