1. Our Service
CallTrackingMetrics provides phone call, form, and website visitor data for our customers (“Customers”). When you visit a website operated by a Customer and they are running CallTrackingMetrics code on that website, fill out a form on a Customer’s website and its a CallTrackingMetrics form, or receive/place a phone call from/to a phone number managed by CallTrackingMetrics, we may collect some or all of the data described in this Privacy Notice. Our platform uses that data as well as other data described below to help Customers understand which advertising channels are generating leads and to manage the follow up of those leads.
For example, if you visit a Customer’s website, our Platform may show you a phone number that is specific to the channel that led you to the site and will continue to show you that phone number each time you come back to the site. If you complete a form, the form data will be stored and our Customers can follow up with you.

Use by Our Customers
CallTrackingMetrics acknowledges you have a right to access your personal information. Our Customers are responsible for correcting, deleting, or updating information they have collected from you using our Service. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are a client of one of our Customers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Customers that use our service, please contact the Customer that you interact with directly.
2. Information We Collect
This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit tous and that identified you personally including contact information, such as your name, email address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter into on the Websites and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook. LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.
When you visit our Websites
When you visit our Websites, you are free to explore it without providing information about yourself. When you visit the Websites and register for our Service or complete a form of interest, we may collect Personal Information about you such as your full name, phone number and email address. If you choose to purchase our Service, we or our third-party payment processors will collect your payment information also.
We send email notifications from time to time to update you about the Service, relevant resources, events or promotions. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may unsubscribe.
Cookies and Tracking Technology
Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by CallTrackingMetrics, our Customers and Partners (such as advertising services, marketing and analytics providers), affiliates, and service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, for targeted advertising purposes, for administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. Our Customers may also use such technologies to deliver advertisements to you as described below. While we respect the privacy of our users, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals set by your browser at this time.
Log File Information
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page on our Service. When you access our Websites, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We do not link this automatically-collected data to Personal Information.
We use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 to store content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity use LSOs such as HTML 5 and Flash to collect and store information. Behavioral Targeting / Re-Targeting
We partner with third parties to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. 3. How We Use Your Information
In addition to the uses identified elsewhere in this Policy, we may use your Personal Information to: (a) improve our browsing experience by personalizing the Websites and to improve our Services, (b) send information to you which we think may be of interest to you by post, email or other means, or (c) send you marketing communications relating to our Service.
CallTrackingMetrics will not rent or sell your Personal Information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of CallTrackingMetrics (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Any personally identifiable information you elect to make publicly available on the Service, such as posting comments on our blog page, will be available to other Users. If you remove information that you have made public on the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users have copied or saved that information. Use of Credit Card Information
If you give us credit card information, we use it solely to check your financial qualifications and collect payment from you. We use a third party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain CallTrackingMetrics services and those of our partners. Non-personally identifiable information may be stored indefinitely.
4. Retention of Personal Information
We retain Personal Information that you provide us as long as consider it potentially useful in contacting you about the Service or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, and then we securely delete the information. We will delete this information at an earlier date if you so request as described in the Opting Out and Unsubscribing process below. If you provide information to our customers as part of their use of the Service, our Customers decide how long to retain the information they collect from you. If a Customer terminates its use of the Service, then they have access to all information for export according to our agreement with our Customer. After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all customer information, including your Personal Information from the Service.

CallTrackingMetrics will disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service or to protect the security or integrity of our Service; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of CallTrackingMetrics, our Users or others.
We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at email@example.com.

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosures. We secure the Personal Information you provode on servers in a controlled, secuure environment, protected from unauthorized access. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number or log in credentials) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We use an outside help platform, and a credit card processing company to bill you if you purchase services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

In the event that personal information is compromised as a breach of security, CallTrackingMetrics will promptly notify our customers in compliance with applicable law.

Upon request, CallTrackingMetrics will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Information. If you provide us wit your Personal Information, you have the following rights with respect to that information:

- to request that your user information be removed from any solicitation list that we use
- to request that your user information be delete from our records

To Unsubscribe from Our Communications
You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of our emails or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactions emails related to their account with us or the CallTrackingMetrics Service.
11. Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, CallTrackingMetrics does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
