CallTrackingMetrics is excited to present a cadre of new features and updates each quarter in our Release Notes video with Jon Morgia. This quarter, we’re excited to share our new integrations, updates to our CTM mobile app, HIPAA-compliant faxing, and changes to our partner ecosystem.

Zoom and Pipedrive Integration
We’ve integrated with Zoom, today’s giant in video conferencing communication, and Pipedrive, an industry-favorite, all-in-one CRM designed by, and for, salespeople.
Our Zoom integration allows you to track and record Zoom calls, meetings, and events right alongside your other communication channels. This gives administrators a holistic view of their agents’ activities, which helps you make informed decisions to improve your team’s productivity and performance.
Integrating with Pipedrive is a wonderful way to feed your Pipedrive account with leads and contacts that come straight from the calls, chats, forms, and text messages you’re tracking through CTM. Sales agents are then easily able to filter and follow up with potential customers, creating an efficient and seamless sales process.
Zoom and Pipedrive integrations are available to customers on Growth or Connect plans.

Android Mobile App
We’ve now released both iOS and Android versions of our Agent App. Our new Android Agent App means your agents, including agents working remotely or on flexible schedules, will be able to help customers and communicate with teammates, no matter where or when they’re on shift. Our Android app is designed to mirror the same look and feel as our iOS app.

HIPAA Compliant Faxing
For all accounts needing to remain HIPAA compliant in their communications, CTM can help. Our new fax line features allow you to send and receive sensitive information that is HIPAA Compliant after you sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). With CTM, your business’s sensitive information is safe and secure.

Updates to our Partner Program
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve updated and relaunched our Partner Program.
