Integrating Call Tracking with Salesforce

CallTrackingMetrics can integrate directly with your Salesforce account so that calls coming through your advertising tracking numbers appear there automatically.  This is a powerful way to ensure that all of your advertising performance data feeds right into your CRM tool. Your entire staff will immediately know the source of every call without even having to leave Salesforce.

How Does it Work? 

You start by linking your CTM account to Salesforce by going to settings—> account settings—>CRM Integreation—> Salesforce.

We will automatically create new Campaigns in Salesforce for each of your tracking sources in CTM. New Campaigns will be created in Salesforce with a prefix of CTM.

Each time a new phone call is received, we look in Salesforce for that caller either from an existing lead or contact. If we find the caller as a Lead or a Contact we associate an activity to that Lead or Contact. We also add a link in the call log back to that record within Salesforce.

If the caller is not found in Salesforce you can configure options for how that caller should be added to Salesforce.
