We’ve always prided ourselves on bringing as much value and innovation to call tracking and attribution customers as possible. Now, we’ve re-envisioned our plan structure to reflect the needs of all our customers, from small businesses ready to kick-start their growth to enterprise-level companies with international teams and sophisticated tech stacks. No matter your team size, each plan comes with one on one onboarding to shorten your account’s time-to-value and boost your confidence in the platform. And though our plan structure may look a little different this year, we remain the same CTM as ever – innovative, customer-centric, and value-driven.

So, What’s Changed?

First, like always, we listened to customer feedback. Then we took a careful look at each of our plans to figure out which tools, functions, and features could provide the absolute highest value to our customers, based on their company size and function. We’re focusing on impact and prioritizing the tools and integrations that best help marketing and sales teams (1) maximize the effectiveness of their ad campaigns and (2) improve their customer outreach by providing the data and insights needed to make confident business decisions.
