G2 Crowd is the world’s leading business software review platform, leveraging its 50,000+ user reviews read by nearly 400,000 software buyers each month to help them make better purchasing decisions.
Hundreds of our customers participated in a full review of our software. They each had to provide positive and negative feedback and every review was verified by G2Crowd to be coming from a customer. G2Crowd compiled the data into an Executive Summary, providing an overview of CallTrackingMetrics service, what’s going well, what needs to be improved and how the offering compares to other providers.
