1. Back to In-person Events in Full Force

While we weren’t completely back to in-person events in 2022, this year brought a wave of attendance at some top-notch conferences and events. From Inbound in Boston to LeadsCon in Minnesota, CallTrackingMetrics’ employees were back at live events in full force for inspiration, learning, and networking in 2023. Here’s some of the highlights:

3. People and Culture Highlights

CallTrackingMetrics prides itself on employing the best of the best. Our team members are not only subject matter experts but also have values that align with ours here at CTM. For this reason, (amongst others), in 2023 we were recognized for the third year in a row by Inc. 500 for Best Workplaces. Here are some of our highlights from 2023:

  • Retention Rate: 101.27%
  • Voluntary Turnover Rate: 0.96%
  • Internal Promotions: 31.58% of team members were promoted
  • Diversity and Inclusion: 38% of our team members are women and 26% of the team identifies as a minority 

4. Community Outreach and Social Justice Committee

At CTM we have a very active and robust Community Outreach and Social Justice Committee. This group is dedicated to helping others in the community on a regular basis. In fact, for many of them, it’s an integral part of their lives. One of the perks of being a CTM employee is VTO time. This time off allowance enables employees to take time during the week to engage with coworkers and other community members and help those who are less fortunate.

We’re proud of how much good our team did in 2023 and here are a few of the highlights: 

  • Over 140 VTO hours used by August 2023
  • $525 in Donation Matching
  • IT drive donation with proceeds over $6,000 benefiting Black Girls Code

5. CTM’ers Out and About

This year you could find CTM employees (often joined by family members) in various places volunteering and doing their part to advance their communities. Here are some highlights of 2023:

  • Anne Arundel County Food Bank and the Maryland Food Bank volunteering in June and food drive in November
  • Days End Horse Farm in August
  • Operation Backpack in September
  • Santas Helpers and The ARC in December
